The Details

Following a BSc in International Business Management from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom, I spent the early years of my career building tech in the UK before taking up an opportunity to deliver value in the Dubai ed-tech industry. After a highly impactful stint, I completed MSc in Business Analytics at the National University of Ireland, Galway to complement my sales and marketing skills with data analytics tools and knowledge.

I then had the opportunity of combining my business acumen with analytics skills to increase customer satisfaction and generate revenue in the Dublin fin-tech space. Working for an early-stage fin-tech start-up, allowed me to wear multiple hats resulting in client retention, product management, sales, and marketing endeavours.

Currently I am a customer success manager with Oyster, a unicorn, delivering world class experience to organisations in the new world of work, remotely.
